No Miss World for Botswana?

Botswana might fail to send a representative to the Miss World pageant following the failure by local license holder, Botswana Council of Women (BCW), to stage Miss Botswana this year.

BCW is currently involved in a bitter court battle with Sweet Bait and Peasant Worthy, the company that was awarded a three-year contract to run the competition.

BCW terminated the contract due to their dissatisfaction with the company’s failure to honor some of its obligations.
