Cracker Nights held its first major stand up comedy show at the Avani Hotel (former Gaborone Sun Hotel) where the host, Modiri ‘Mod’ Keseabetswe, took the crown.

The show, which is the brainchild of celebrated local comedian, Bafana Bobo Letsatsi, popularly known as Ribcracker, is normally held every Tuesday at Cresta President Hotel.

The free entrance mini-shows, called ‘Tuesday Cracker Nights’, give a platform to upcoming local comedians. On Friday, the first to take the stage was former My African Dream (MAD) presenter, Prince Macheng.
