He said this at the listening session of the previous My Star Top 3 winners at the Oasis Motel Tuesday night. After sampling the songs, Master Dee who was in company of former judges Sidney Dj Sid Baitsile, Kgomotso Tshwenyego as well its presenter Resego Motlhakathari, blasted local radio stations for not giving My Star winners airplay which deters them from hitting the market.
It is not the first time however that the brains behind My Star blasts radio stations. He said: “The question that always pops up is why My Star winners do not penetrate the market, but radio station do not play their songs.”
