Lobatse beef festival is back this time in three phases

Lobatse beef festival, an event dubbed as a day to celebrate Botswana beef, is back again. This time the three-day event will be held from May 29 – 31. To be held in its native town of Lobatse, the meat festival has been running for the past three years without failure.

The event organiser, Barolong Seboni, has revealed that on the first day patrons will be treated to an off-road and outdoor exhibition.

“Though the event is about beef and cattle, it is also about how we enjoy the great outdoor lifestyle at the cattle post or farms, for that reason we will be showcasing off-road vehicles and trucks that are most suited for Moraka dirt roads and wilderness,” he said.
