The sun had already set on the picturesque Maruapula school where a cold breeze started blowing over the crowd gathered for the Maitisong outdoor performance from the renowned local choral choir, KTM choir.

The choir, in their matching blue German print skirts and white and blue T-shirts for women and navy blue trousers and matching T-shirts for men, stood poised and ready to take the stage.

As they launched into their first song, the audience was immediately taken back to a bygone era.
