Rapper Gifa, real name Dimpho Motlhabi, has joined the fight against cancer. In his single My Sixth Life he implores people to take the disease serious and test early for the chronic illness.

Through his music, the talented composer is spreading the word, advising people to look out for early signs and symptoms and pleaded for love and care for the victims.

Though not one of the most prominent musicians locally, talented Gifa mixes his artistic brilliance with a powerful message in the track.  Reminiscent of R Kelly’s Heaven I Need A Hug, Gifa’s track starts off with a bit of touching poetry.
