Elias Wins Miss Botswana Crown

Neelo Nthobatsang was crowned first princess while Modioki Gaborone won the second princess title. Development Advance Institute (DAI), a company engaged to restructure the pageant failed to deliver on its promises and instead the event was more like a pre-school affair.

The grand finale that only attracted three eligible contestants from last year’s pageant started late with the first parade starting almost two hours late.
