DJ KSB stunned by reports of unclaimed royalties at COSBOTS :: Mmegi Online

The Copyright Society of Botswana (COSBOTS) has released a long list of artists who have not claimed their royalties. COSBOTS also stated that it has identified that there are unclaimed royalties associated with such works.

But DJ KSB has said he is perplexed at seeing his name on the list. COSBOTS says the right owners of the works should come forward and register them. DJ KSB says he has been a member of COSBOTS for many years until present.

He added that for him to see his name in the long list, he was left with questions rather than answers. “I have long submitted my work at COSBOTS and I am a member there so I do not understand why I am on that list at all,” DJ KSB said.
