Maun is set to come alive this coming Independence Day weekend with an event featuring Botswana’s top female musicians, dubbed Pop Bottles Maun.

The event, which is the brainchild of James Ratshosa, will feature Botswana’s self-proclaimed queen of hip hop, Sasa Klass, a woman who many see as Botswana’s very own Nicki Minaj, controversial poet-turned- entertainer Berry Heart, another controversial figure, Bouncy as well as a woman who needs no introduction, Slizer of Diwewe fame.

Also on the stage at the Sakaumba Farm, will be other female heavyweights in Vebrok and Amantle.
