According to Prosecutor, Goitseone Archie Makgoa, the Zimbabwean man crossed the Ramokgwebana border into the country carrying with him 44 CDs and 15 DVDs which, according to Makgoa, were not declared to the BURS.
Makgoa said Section 35 of the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, states that such goods needs to be declared when one enters the country.
