Next month’s elective Botswana Football Association (BFA) general assembly could be postponed due to the vetting process, which has dragged longer than expected.

The Elections Board chairperson, Moemedi Letina recently told Mmegi Sport that the process had been “more difficult than first thought”.

Only last week the committee asked candidates to submit further information, which would assist in the vetting process.
