BCP leaders hail Cllr Makhura

PALAPYE: The president of Botswana Congress Party (BCP) Dumelang Saleshando has praised Khurumela ward councillor in Palapye, George Makhura for his dedication and perseverance.

Saleshando was speaking at Makhura’s victory celebration recently.

He said that Makhura potrayed traits of a good leader, a true politician and a determined citizen intent on changing Botswana for the better. “Despite losing three times contesting for this ward, councillor Makhura never gave up because he is not a politician who is in it just for the benefits.
