Nchindo Co-Accused To Appear In Court Today

Just as the dust is about to settle on the death of Former Debswana Managing Director Louis Nchindo, legal proceedings against him, his son Garvas and former Debswana employees, Joseph Matome and Jacob Sesinyi continue today.

The accused are facing 36 counts of corruption.

Legal proceedings are set to continue today before Regional Magistrate (South) Lot Moroka in the marathon case that has been running for two years now.  Questions have been lingering in the public mind as to what will happen to the case now that the main suspect has passed on. Legal commentators have been quoted in the local media saying that charges against the late Nchindo will be dropped, but not so for the co-accused who still have to answer to the charges.
