Over 2million people targeted for AH1N1 vaccine

The Ministry of Health is targeting about 2.3 million people in a massive AH1N1 vaccination campaign to be rolled out soon.

Director of Public Health, Shenaaz El-Halabi told Mmegi yesterday that the campaign, initially scheduled for June 14 to August 5 has been postponed to another date that is to be announced soon.

She said that the campaign, which is targeting both residents and citizens, would be rolled out in phases, which will give different groups of people a chance to be vaccinated at different places and times.
