Posh Pantsula Parade

Mapantsula brought traffic to a standstill on Saturday, as they invaded Tlokweng, also known as Posh in pantsula slang, to showcase their style with a parade around the village.

The Posh parade was organised by National Pantsula Committee, which is formed by representatives from various groups around Botswana.

They came clad in their elegant attires from expensive labels including Brentwood, Pringle of Scotland, Navada, All Star Converse, Dobbs and Dickies. One of the committee members, Mompati Sparks Dikgomo said with their occasional parades they are trying to help fight crime by destigmatising the pantsula as ‘criminals’. PICS: THALEFANG CHARLES
