Unravelling Btv's new-look weather bulletin

The true beauty of the beast will only be apparent during the rainy and cloudy seasons. The principal meteorologist does not hide his enthusiasm about the new graphics system that he believes is making a profound impact on what they can do with their weather bulletin.
  

When Btv went on air in 2000, it presented a weather report of sound and data only with no visuals. "We used to fax the weather data to Btv. There was just sound followed by the temperatures," Radithupa said. Then in February 2003, they started producing a weather bulletin at a studio located at the Meteorological Services premises.
