The 'Small Houses' Of Harvest

SENYAWE: They are very small structures that appear as nothing more than movie houses. Those who see them for the first time would be surprised by their size. They seem to be suspended in the air.

The foundations are made of wood suspended on big rocks. The height of the houses is another surprising feature. Some are shorter than their owners. They are neatly thatched and decorated with different Tswana patterns and soil colours. The beauty of Tswana culture indeed!

The doors to the houses are very small and intact. "How do people sleep in such small dwellings?"
