For the past five months, she says she has not been paid her old age pension, which she uses to support her seven children.
Two of her three sons are disabled while her four daughters live in Sekokwe village. Of the seven grandchildren she stays with, two are orphans. but only one of them is registered with the welfare scheme. Her son, Senyathelo who works at a quarry in Tatisiding is the family breadwinner. Her grandchildren have their own shack with a sail as the roof.
