What tribalism?

The delimitation Commission has been conservative, outright cowardly, and seems to fear a ghost that never existed.

They mention that a certain task force of Bahurutshe and a meeting with the Bakalaka in Tonota North, and the Lerala people, informed them to change the name of constituencies from tribal names to village and town names in order to avoid tribalism. 

According to the Commission's report, the request from the Bahurutshe, Bakalaka, as well as some Lerala residents, was enough to force them to propose deleting all ethnic indicators in the constituencies.
