Reports from our healthcare providers indicate that infrastructure and human resources are struggling to cope, with contract tracing and testing teams under unimaginable pressure from the upsurge of the virus within the country.

The advent of the South African variant, a more aggressive strain in terms of spread, is certainly being felt across the country and for now, it does not appear the uptrend will ease anytime soon.
