The Permanent Secretary to the President (PSP) Eric Molale has urged private companies to emulate Kgalagadi Breweries Limited (KBL) and Botswana Breweries Limited (BBL) by introducing corporate social responsibility programmes that are sustainable and add value to the economic development of the country."

More companies should be doing this because collectively we will have an impact," Molale said at the launch of Kickstart, a youth training programme of the Kgalagadi Beverages Trust, on Tuesday.

Molale encouraged the 13 Kickstart aspirants on the training programme that will take two weeks to identify and break barriers that hinder them from succeeding. They should be confident, self-reliant, work hard while accommodating societal dynamics and their businesses value propositions.
