What is Outsource Botswana?

Founded as a private sector representative association in 2006, Outsource Botswana seeks to promote the BPO and Call Centre industry in Botswana through public awareness. To this end, Outsource Botswana:

l Helps formulate quality nationally and internationally accredited BPO and contact centre training programmes, which will aid in developing the local industry to global standards.
l  Acts as an industry governing body in Botswana in order to monitor the provision of quality globally acceptable standards.


l  Contributes to job creation and economic growth through the call centre industry.
l Influences national policy to enhance Botswana's global competitiveness as a BPO and call centre destination
The founding members are IFSC, 1-Call, Barclays Bank of Botswana Ltd, Botswana Telecommunications Corporation, MRI Botswana, Oseg Group, Orange Botswana, Orinoco, and Standard Chartered Bank.
