Security conference to boost services sector

Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE)-listed and biggest security services company G4S Botswana says it expects the services sector to net close to P1 million from a five-day Global Leadership Programme that it will host for its group operations from 116 countries in Kasane next week.

In a statement, the Marketing and Public Relations Manager of G4S Botswana Nyaladzi Kutjwe said the conference would be held at Mowana Lodge from November 23-27.  She said the G4S Global Leadership Programme is one of the most prestigious executive leadership programmes in the world and is coordinated by G4S plc, the controlling shareholder of G4S operations across the globe, in conjunction with Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom (UK). 

 "The conference will bring business in excess of one million to the services sector of Botswana's economy. The lasting impression of breathtaking Botswana, guarantees future contributions to the tourism industry as participants will be coming from different parts of the world," she said in the statement.
