Post Offices To Have Facilities For Pensioners

Most post offices around the country are to undergo a facelift, the Minister of Communications, Science and Technology, Pelonomi-Venson Moitoi, told a kgotla meeting in Kanye on Friday.

"I am the first to admit that our post offices are not in a good state and that most old-age pensioners do not get a good service from these facilities, most of which are dilapidated," Venson-Moitoi said.

Aspects of the facelift include extensions and ergonomic fittings so that senior citizens may sit comfortably while waiting to be served.
