Manual workers to construct P68m CBD building

The National Amalgamated Local and Central Government, and Parastatal Botswana Manual Workers Union will next week begin to construct a P68 million building in Gaborone’s new Central Business District (CBD).

According to the outgoing national chairperson Othusitse Tsalaile, they have already paid a P4 million deposit to develop the land.

The building, which is allocated on plot 54354, is expected to be built with funds that will be collected from their members, fund raising and sponsors.
