Letlole La Rona (LLR), through its subsidiary JTTM Properties, has concluded negotiations to co-invest in the development of a new retail mall in Selebi-Phikwe.

The project will be undertaken in partnership with an established private real estate company and will be held under a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in which JTTM will participate as a shareholder. The mall is expected to serve as a key commercial hub and contribute meaningfully to the economic revitalisation of the Selebi-Phikwe Economic Development Unit region.

“As part of the transaction execution process, and in its role as JTTM’s Property and Asset Manager, LLR is currently engaging with financial institutions and potential capital providers to secure funding for the project,” the company said in a statement.
