Levelling The Playing Field With Competititon Authority

Competition Authorities and the 'refusal to deal'

At one time or another, every company must turn others down when they propose a business relationship, or must break off one relationship to pursue another.

This ascertains that business strategies are very dynamic and enterprises rely on available laws and policies to help them prosper.  For example, businesses believe that the Competition Act of 2009 gives them the absolute right to be supplied, whatever the circumstances.
