In an effort to make all government services accessible to citizens, government has developed the e-government service oriented Enterprise Architecture (EA) and interoperability framework.

An EA is described as a conceptual blueprint that defines the structure and operation of an organisation with the intent to determine how an organisation can most effectively achieve its current and future objectives.

Created by Korea IT Consulting (KITC), EA was initiated in January 2016, with the objective of developing sets of standards, guidelines and artifacts that will be used to inform development of ICT systems in government.
