Gem Diamonds' Elphick elated with mining licence

London Stock Exchange (LSE)-listed Gem Diamonds Limited is set to start production at Gope in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR) in two years' time after the company was awarded a mining licence by the government on Tuesday this week.
