As financial woes for the first citizen owned milk-processing plant worsen, on Wednesday, the workers took to the Industrial Court after having gone without salaries for the past two months.
In an interim ruling issued by Justice Tebogo Maruping at the Industrial court, Delta Dairies has been ordered to appear in court next Tuesday to argue its case, failure to do so the company would have to settle the outstanding P661,545.09 salaries by July 31, 2014.
