Clark to speak on asset allocation

Mike Clark of Russell Investment Group is scheduled to make a presentation at the Bank of Botswana (BoB) auditorium next week. The presentation on 'Asset Allocation-Cash, Bonds and Equities', builds on a previous presentation at the Central Bank in May given by Capital International.

Russell Investment Group is a global leader in multi-manager investment services.
However, Chepete Chepete, spokesperson of BoB says, this presentation will be different from the past because it will give a more practical approach to the topic. Currently, Clark is a director of the institutional investment services for Russell Investments Group, a company he joined in 1995.


In that position, he is responsible for a number of  client relationships and continues to provide strategic advice to a group of clients based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.He began his career in actuarial and marketing work at the UK Life Office and he later transferred to the company's investment management division. After gaining experience in equity portfolio management, he was responsible for the management of the fixed income portfolio. He is also credited for contributing to the overall investment policy and represented the firm on the Association of British Insurer's Investment Committee.He is chairman of Russell's Charity Committee.
