CITF tackles unemployment

The Construction Industry Trust Fund (CITF) has been churning out semi-skilled personnel since 1991 when an Act of Parliament established it. Mmegi Correspondent GALE NGAKANE sat down with CITF Executive Director, Busie Jackie Moepi for a wide-ranging interview to expand on the idea that was started to fight the scourge of unemployment.

While the lack of jobs is still ravaging the country, according to Moepi, a light is twinkling in the distance. Soon the country would be swarming with citizens ready to take up jobs in the construction industry.
