BR Properties re-brands for market penetration

Botswana Railways property company, BR Properties (Pty) Limited has reviewed its corporate identity and marketing strategies to penetrate the property market.

The company started in 2007 with a five-year conceptual business plan, which elapsed in 2012. A review was undertaken, resulting in the formulation of a three-year organisational strategy, which was adopted in 2013.

Speaking at the launch of the new BR Properties logo, board chairperson, Lesedi Moakofhi, said the review, which covered the company’s business model, is intended to ensure the company remains relevant to its mandate, strategy and the market.
