In this period of makeover of telecommunications technology, postal services companies are challenged to improve their services, as the mail letters are no longer the preferred mode of communication. BotswanaPost chief executive, Pele Moleta explains to Mmegi Correspondent, KEIKANTSE LESEMELA how the parastatal is catching up with the new technology without shifting away from its postal service business.
