Botswana should do more to attract FDI

Speaking at the annual dinner of the Northern Region of the Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) over the weekend, the Managing Director of Debswana Diamond Company said Botswana needs to break constrains that hinder progress.

Blackie Marole singled out undeveloped communication structures among several challenges the country is facing, saying the Internet is not accessible in all parts of Botswana and that where it was accessible, it was usually very slow.
