Botswana Life, EA991 bring 24-hour emergency medical rescue

Botswana Life has partnered with Emergency Assist 991 (EA991) to provide Batswana with comprehensive 24-hour emergency medical rescue service that will include emergency medical evacuation cover.

The Emergency Assist product is set to offer customers medical emergency services in all countries of the SADC region. This cover will entitle the policyholders and their dependents to several benefits and services.

The services include an emergency medical response by road or air to the scene of a medical emergency, transfer of the patient to a most appropriate medical facility, inter-hospital transfer by air or road, as well as emergency telephonic medical advice and information.
