Botswana builds capacity to attain SDGs

Statistics Botswana (SB) statistician general Annah Majelantle is optimistic that Botswana will succeed in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include tackling issues such as climate change and eradicating poverty.

Majelantle expressed her confidence during a training workshop this week aimed at enhancing capacity amongst African member states to produce accurate and timely statistical information for monitoring and reporting on Agenda 2030.
