BOCRA To Tackle Cyber-Bullying

Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) is currently drafting a National Cyber Security policy, which would protect the public and private infrastructure from cyber-bullying.

BOCRA’s director of technical services, Seepelo Malefho, revealed this during the inaugural ICT skills, certification and entrepreneurship symposium held recently, which was organised, by Hlanganani ICT and E-Learning Botswana.

Malefho said that Government through BOCRA, is working on protecting the public from the cyber-bullying, adding that they are also working on developing public key infrastructure for management of secure electronic signatures.
