BHC call centre goes live
Friday, March 28, 2008
The purpose of the call centre is to allow customers to channel their reports and enquiries about BHC services, particularly in relation to maintenance and repair requests. The launch of the centre follows the Corporation's decision to outsource its maintenance services to local private companies, also in an effort to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Customers will henceforth be expected to report and make enquiries on all matters relating to maintenance of their rented houses to the call centre, from where their enquiries will now be addressed. To contact the call centre, customers need to call number, 167 from their Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) phones (landline), or 3159902 from either their mobile phones or landline.
A dedicated team at the call centre will happily and courteously attend to all customer maintenance reports and accordingly advice them on how and when their requests will be attended, and the customer will at every call made, be provided with a reference number to use when making a follow up call.
