BEDIA excutives under scrutiny for two-timing

The board of the Botswana Export Development and Investment Authority (BEDIA) has engaged South African audit firm, Corporate Forensic Resources, following allegations of professional misconduct by some executives at the organisation last year.

A statement from the Chairperson of the BEDIA board, Morago Ngidi, says the auditing exercise will start on January 17 and is expected to take at least four weeks to complete.

The statement requests the public to assist in the execution of the audit by generously providing written and oral evidence to the investigators.
