Miss Botswana prunes to final 16

The event's manager David Abram from Sweet Baint, told Showbiz that the fashion show is part and parcel of the contest.

"We are looking forward to eliminating nine girls from the selected top 25 so that we remain with the top 16 who will then compete for the crown," he explained.  Abram said that so far the girls have been receiving training aimed at grooming them for both the fashion show and the actual Miss Botswana pageant. He added that the grooming includes physical exercises, how to walk the ramp and general etiquette on how the girls are expected to behave and present themselves.
