Masego and Aubrei Woki's debut album simply sensational

Many music lovers must have listened to some refreshing rhythms and sensational songs like Gaborone contained in Masego and her husband Aubrei Woki's debut album.

The song is the couple's best hit and has been played by many radio stations, including Radio Botswana's RB1, Duma fm, Gabz fm and across the border such as South Africa's Motsweding fm where Cebo Manyaapelo once announced that it was his favourite song.

The Moshupa-born Masego (36) is an Afro jazz singer, wife and mother of three.  She said that she has been in the music industry for 15 years.  She said that she started singing as a back-up vocalist.  "I have worked with Unity Band, the late Duncan Senyatso, Soccer Moruakgomo and Banjo Mosele," she told Showbiz.Like every artist Masego said that she discovered that she had singing talent while still at junior secondary school.  "I discovered that I was gifted vocally when I was still at junior school," she recalls.  She started singing with these jazz giants at the age of 21 and has mellowed over the years.
