FCE hosts successful culture day

Francistown College of Education (FCE) hosted a sparkling Culture Day on Friday, showcasing an assortment of Botswana culture ranging from language to dress, beliefs and customs.

Celebrated under the theme 'Culture is mine', the eighth edition of college's Culture Day attracted many lecturers and trainee teachers from various colleges across the country and of revellers from all walks of life.  This year's Culture Day showcased the diversity of Botswana's culture from different parts of the country, a development that illustrated the unity that exists among the people of this country.

Expression was a recurring theme throughout the day, which showcased a lively blend of Botswana-themed dance, music, comedy, storytelling and fashion.
