The organisers of the event to be held at Maitisong on Friday gathered artists, exhibitors at the meet the press evening at the Alliance Francaise to help hype the exhibition.
The invited guests were treated to a very touching drama performance on the evening of finger dinner.
According to the organisers 'Afro Culture Expression' will be the theme of the Performing Arts during the expo. Another outstanding person who will be part of the event is 22 year old young designer Aobakwe Molosiwa who told Showtime that he will be showcasing his woman line on the day, the young champ who participated in the Gaborone fashion week recently says his designs will bring a different demographic sense different from what people are used to. The event coordinator, Thandi Phiri told Showtime that this event is going to be one not to be missed as they are focusing on inspiring, promoting and supporting the spirit of African entrepreneurship, with the region of choice being Southern Africa. She also mentioned that they have also been working with young people who will also showcase different national flags of different countries to show cultural appreciation of these countries.
