Folklore musician, Ntirelang Berman, is set to officially release his second album titled Acoustics in September.

Speaking to Showbiz, Berman said that the album is already out but, is not yet available to a larger audience. He says that he has been selling the album on a trial basis after his various performances, and has managed to sell around 300 copies.  He added that thus far, mostly foreigners have bought his album.

The artist says that his eight-track album is a collector's item because it is not for the ordinary listener.  He says it requires a mature person to understand it lyrically.  Explaining the title of his album, he said that acoustics in music refers to playing an instrument not connected to any electrical device, in his case a guitar.  He states that he has always loved the acoustic type of music, which is why he decided to only use the guitar, harmonica, rattles and vocals to compile his album. He added that originally, Setswana music has always been acoustic.
