Suggie Fisher starts afro-pop recording

Suggie Fisher, the former lead vocalist for the defunct Mochudi pop group Unique Attraction, is starting studio work on her forthcoming Afro-jazz album.

Fisher, whose ambition has always been to record a jazz album, says she clinched a deal with Dikoma music, a company owned by Robert Dargie, the Ugandan who returned to Gaborone a few months ago.

"He is the most wonderful producer anyone can work with. He is patient; he listens, and has never cheated anyone.
