Are you a middle-income earner who has been struggling to find entertainment that suits your status?

Well, the search is over, assures promoter-cum-engineer Lemmy Masekela, who is currently working around the clock to 'bring quality and stable fun to middle-class working people in Botswana. The promoter and cousin to the legendary South African jazz artiste Hugh Masekela, owns Fun Sounds Promotion. He says he has realised that there is a shortage of organised fun targeting middle-class people in the country, so he has decided to bridge that gap by organising a show dubbed Summer Music Festival, which promises to be one of the biggest events in the country.  The festival, pencilled for November 29, will feature some of the biggest names in the music industry in both Botswana and South Africa, such as Masekela, Nthando Bangani, Botswana's Socca Moruakgomo (featuring Kunle and Coyote), Culture Spears, Nono Siile, Ntsholeng 'Citie' Seetso and Mogwana traditional dance troupe.  Ntando and Masekela are undoubtedly in the forefront of South African music, with the former having attained the status of South African music ambassador. On the other hand, Seetso, Moruakgomo and Siile are leading Batswana jazz artistes while Mogwana and Culture Spears are leaders in traditional music.

According to the promoter, his company has chosen only the best so they can give revellers value for their money.
