The trio say that they wanted to release an album in honour of Francistown as they say hip-hop was born in this city. Damaj said that Francistown has been known for its hip-hop talent since the 1980s. "Groups like Ghetto Flava, Lords of the Ghetto and many others are from this city," he said.

He said that even now in the hip-hop community majority of the artists originate from Ghetto.  "The Ghetto has been dormant for a long time, but it is about to erupt like a volcano," he said.
