Miss Botswana pageant is costly - Pabalinga

After struggling for so many years, you have been called for a job interview but you are ordered to bring a non-refundable fee of P200 to cover "administration costs".

You would end up wondering whether the administration costs are not supposed to be borne by the organisations looking for employees.  Is an unemployed person supposed to cater for the administrative costs of an organisation, which is seeking to hire new staff members?

This may sound bizarre but this is the trend in the entertainment industry especially when it comes to auditions.  Usually when local production companies are looking for wannabe actors/actress, they charge them the so-called registration fees.  In most instances it would be the last time to hear from the company after you have parted with the fees.
