Lerwaza struggles to release album

It has been two years since disco sensation Reuben Kekana, who trades by the stage name Lerwaza, released an album called Passion Killings and many people have been wondering if he has surrendered and ventured into other avenues like many before him.

Passion Killings, his debut as a solo act, only sold a few hundreds, just enough to help him survive for a short period. Music is like fashion, the older the CD gets the more people forget about it unless, of course, it was an absolute hit. Even if it remains an all-time great, new sales are hard to come by.

Today Lerwaza finds himself sitting at home without a job but only a master copy of his second album, which cannot be released because the artiste does not have enough money to take it for editing and cutting.
